All our exhibitors are screened using our in-depth 8 Step Process:

1. All applicable Licenses and State Filings Verified

We check to make sure all applicable licenses and state filings are in place and in good standing.

2. Insurance and Bonds in Place

We contact the insurance company to confirm the general liability policy and applicable bonds for each company.

3. Search for Liens and Civil Judgments

We search through outside databases for any liens or judgments against the company or principal owner.

4. Credit and Financial Stability Check

Through a combination of factors and 3rd party sources, we verify that the company is in good standing with creditors and has the stability needed to weather the storm.

5. Bankruptcy Search

We use a powerful search database to assist us in checking the history of the business and principal/owner for bankruptcy filings.

6. Sex Offender Search

We verify that the owner of the company is not listed on the official state sex offender website.

7. References Checked

We check several references for each contractor to make sure they stand up to the quality of work that we expect.

8. Online Reputation Check

We scour the web and search several consumer reporting websites to determine the online reputation of each exhibitor.
